* Exported from MasterCook * Mommie's Corn and Seafood Soup Recipe By : Serving Size : 1 Preparation Time :0:00 Categories : Soups Seafood Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 1 pound Shrimp or crawfish (raw -- peeled) 1 can Creamed yellow corn 1 can Whole kernel white corn 1 can Cream of mushroom soup 1 small Potato 4 ounces Heavy cream 12 ounces Whole milk 1 Stick butter or oleo 2 Stems celery 1 small Bell pepper 1 medium White or yellow onion -- Garlic powder pepper -- Salt sauce (Tabasco) -- Parsley Chop celery, onion, and bell pepper fine. Saute seasonings in butter until soft and onions are clear. Add peeled, diced potato and raw seafood. Saute 5 minutes. Add remaining ingredients and seasonings to taste.
