* Exported from MasterCook * Swiss Broccoli Soup Recipe By : Serving Size : 18 Preparation Time :0:00 Categories : Soups/Stews Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 2 ounces Butter 1 Clove garlic 4 ounces Onions -- chopped 4 ounces Celery -- chopped 1 1/2 quarts Chef-Mate Swiss Cheese -- Sauce 1/2 teaspoon White pepper 1 quart Chicken stock 2 pounds Broccoli -- chopped & cooked 1. Melt butter in large stock pot. Saute garlic, onion and celery. 2. Add golden cheese sauce, white pepper and chicken stock. Stir until well blended. 3. Add broccoli, mix well.
