                             Fancy Style Peas

   2      tablespoons   Butter
   1      slice         Bacon
   2      cups          Peas -- fresh shelled
   8                    Tiny onions
     1/4  cup           Cream
                        Slat & pepper

Cook butter and bacon for 5 minutes. Remove bacon, add peas and some water;
 boil about 15 minutes. Also boil onions in a little salted water. Crumble bacon.
 Drain peas and onions.Combine peas, onions, bacon, cream and seasonings.
 Heat through and serve.
