                            Peas & Onion Bake

   2      tablespoons   Flour -- all-purpose
     1/2  teaspoon      Salt
     1/8  teaspoon      Pepper
   2      tablespoons   Butter (or marg.) -- melted
   1 1/2  cups          Milk
   2      teaspoons     Worcestershire sauce
   2      cans          Green peas -- drained 16 oz ea
   3 1/2  ounces        French-fried onions -- canned
                        Paprika

Stir flour, salt, and pepper into butter.  Gradually add milk and Worcestershire sauce. 
 Bring to a boil, sitrring constantly; cook until smooth and thickened.
 Place peas in a shallow 2-quart casserole; add sauce.
Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Top with onions,
 and sprinkle with paprika; bake an additional 5 minutes.
